Analog Output and SSI Models
Rotary limit switches (RLS) are electromechanical sensors/controls consisting of an input shaft, gear reducer, and limit or safety switches. If desired, encoders, resolvers, transducer sor potentiometers can also be integrated for position feedback. We offer the General Pupose KWG series (IP64) and the Heavy Duty Indoor/Outdoor MR221-MR222 series (IP66). To specify an RLS, you need to specify the number of channels, gear ratio, and if 4-20mA position transducer output is required.
Linear or Draw Wire Limit Switches (DWLS) are RLS units with a Draw Wire Module mounted to the input. Both General Purpose KWGW and Heavy Duty MR221W series are available. To specify a DWRLS, you need to specify the number of channels, linear travel range, and if 4-20mA position transducer output is required.
